Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@welldonewaterworks.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The depth of a well depends on various factors such as geological conditions, water table level and customer budget. We can handle anything from residential to large commercial, industrial and agricultural wells.

The time it takes to drill a well depends on the depth of the well, the geologic formations encountered (i.e. sand vs rock), weather, and other site-specific conditions. Most residential wells can be drilled within 1-2 weeks.

We specialize in drilling, not in finance. We've worked with many customers and their respective lenders though. Water well financing can also be obtained via the loan resource linked above. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed before our work begins.

We prefer cash, check or ACH bank transfer (no fee) and also accept credit cards (+2.9% fee). With email and wire fraud prevalent, we do our best to protect our customers. We will never include ACH bank transfer instructions on pdf invoices or in the body of our emails.
