At Well Done Water Works, our greatest asset is our team. Unlike the weekend pump guy, we bring a fully equipped, cross-trained crew to every job—ready to deliver professional-grade results. Our team isn't just here for a paycheck; they’re invested for the long haul.
We take pride in retaining skilled professionals who continue to grow through ongoing education and hands-on experience. By cross-training across disciplines, we ensure that every member can step up where needed, keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. This commitment to excellence and team development is what sets us apart—and what keeps our customers coming back.
We tend to make our work look easy sometimes, but the technical skill and training a driller needs to drill a well in line with industry best practices, and State and local requirements is pretty substantial.
Knowledge of local geology and the groundwater strata being encountered is crucial. And, proximity to other wells does not guarantee the same quality or quantity of water as the geology between them can change abruptly.
We study existing well reports and geologic trends in mapping, we follow industry best practices, utilize the best drilling amendments as necessary, and we install top of the line materials and equipment.
Further, a good pump installer won't put a pump/motor in the hole just because it's readily available on his truck and/or most profitable.
We do our homework, we work closely with industry experts, we check pump curves, we consider the well capacity and the customer's needs. The value we provide goes far beyond just putting a pump/motor in the hole.
We do our best to get water flowing quickly, efficiently and affordably. Often times, we propose solutions that others haven't thought of yet thereby saving our customers valuable time and money.
Pictured left to right above are Daniel, Carlos and Carson who alternate between drilling, pump installations and service. Cayden helps manage inventory part-time while in school, Wade is CEO, and Chris helps manage and oversee operations. Not pictured here are Fernando and Jose who provide field support to both the drilling and service crews, and Shannon who manages the office. Additionally, we employ several summer interns each year.
The Well Done Water Works team is dedicated to serving our customers well. We're also committed to quality workmanship. Having a talented, cohesive in-house team makes the hard work we do much more enjoyable. Additionally, we have some of the best strategic partners to extend our capabilities as needed. We also use the best suppliers in the industry for excellent products, training and warranty support.
